9 hours agoCouldn’t recommend Callum and the team at MVAA Vehicle Wholesale highly enough. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. Callum is a genuine owner who clearly takes pride in his business and, more importantly, in looking after his customers. The team were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the process. There was no pressure or typical dealership runaround — just honest communication, great service and a genuine effort to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s easy to see why MVAA has built such a strong reputation. They’re a family-owned business that actually puts the customer first, and the quality of their vehicles and attention to detail really shows. A special mention to Callum — an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the business. If you’re looking to buy, sell or source a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend giving Callum and the team at MVAA Vehicle Wholesale in Beresfield a call. Great people, great cars and exceptional service. 5 stars all day every day!

16 hours agoHaving worked in a customer service based industry for most of my career I understand that the definition of good customer service is exceeding the customers expectations and MVAA definitely exceed expectations in all departments. Meeting with Callum was an experience I will never forget, taking a seat and drinking a cold can of Solo and eating some Anzac biscuits that were offered while Callum took the time and effort to get to know a little bit more about me as a person and what my needs were and what type of vehicle would be most suitable to fit those needs was just amazing. There was no rush, no in your face pressure sale tactics like you get in a lot of dealerships, it was just two blokes having a chat over a cold drink and some biscuits. I was very impressed that as the owner of the dealership Callum was taking the time out of his day to personally walk me through the yard and show me in detail the amazing amount of options he had available to offer. The hardest part about the whole experience was just deciding which of the many options offered I was going to take away with me but we got there in the end. I'd like to say a big thanks to Callum and the whole team for making me feel not just like another customer but like a part of the family.

From start to finish everything was handled professionally, communication was clear and they made the whole process straightforward and stress free. Nothing was overcomplicated, they did exactly what they said they would do and got everything sorted quickly. 1 day agoI’ve bought multiple cars over the years through MVAA Vehicle Wholesale. Recently went back again to upgrade as our family has grown. Every time I’ve dealt with them it’s been easy, good communication and always a good selection of quality cars. What I like most is it doesn’t feel like your typical car yard experience. It’s personal and there’s no bullshit or pressure. He’s a family bloke with young kids himself and you can tell he actually cares about his business, his customers. I’ve decided to leave a positive review because I felt they went over for me on my recent purchase. Completely trust and recommend this business.

1 month agoI put a deposit down on a car for my parents without checking if it would fit in their garage. I measured up later and found it wouldn't. Ben and Justin were kind enough to refund the deposit. I have found them good & trustworthy people.

7 months agoAbsolutely awesome service. Bought the car unseen from QLD. Cal provided heaps of photos and videos, helped sort the inspection, dropped off at Toyota for a 2nd inspection, sorted a seat issue, fixed a couple of stone chips, stayed in contact the whole time and sorted delivery to QLD. Cant speak highly enough of a great bloke, friendly service and willing to work with you to sort issues. Picked up the car today and it is even better than described. MVAA is a great business and I wish it the success it deserves. Well done to all at MVAA as there are not many places like this in the industry.👍👍
